The role and duties include:

- Receiving visa applicants at the Visa section

- Pre-check of documents that have to be submitted for the Visa application

- Categorization of applicants and appointment check

- Receiving and handing back passports and personal documents

- Giving general information about Visa

- Processing Visa applications in our IT system at the counter

- Replying to telephone and written enquiries

- Systematic managing documents/ filing system

- High willingness of training in various sections of the Visa department

Profile:

- Proficiency in Arabic (written and oral, C1/C2)

- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2)

- Knowledge of German is an advantage

- Customer-friendly attitude

- Outstanding teamwork skills

- Proficiency in all standard IT and Microsoft applications

- Hardworking and motivated and able to work under pressure

⬜ Because of the high workload, you are expected to be flexible when it comes to the work schedule. The Embassy is offering an appropriate salary with a contract based on Lebanese Labour Law. Please note that this is initially a one-year fixed-term contract.
